This shipping policy applies exclusively to ready-to-ship items. For pre booking items, please refer to the product description, where the making timeline is clearly mentioned. The shipping policy will take effect only after the item is crafted. Please note that all pre booking items are made to order, and the specified making days exclude weekends and national holidays.
1. Shipping Locations and Timeline
Domestic Shipping:
Sreeni Accessories ships across PAN India, covering approximately 12,000 pincodes. The current timeline for domestic parcels is as follows:
- Processing Time: 1 to 2 working days for quality checks and packaging.
- Delivery Time: 1 to 7 working days maximum after dispatch depending on your location.

International Shipping:
We ship to over 80 countries worldwide. The timeline for international parcels is:
- Processing Time: 1 to 2 working days for quality checks and packaging.
- Delivery Time: 10 to 15 working days maximum after dispatch.
2. Delivery Attempts and Pickup
Our contract with the courier service allows for 2 to 3 delivery attempts at your location in case of any issues. However, if delivery fails after these attempts, the parcel will be held at the courier company’s facility for pickup by the customer. The ability to retain parcels at the courier office after multiple unsuccessful deliveries depends on the location and courier service.
In such cases, the parcel will be returned to us, and we can reship it to your address. However, you will be responsible for any return and reshipping costs, and refunds will not be issued in these scenarios. We kindly ask that you provide an address where someone will be available to collect the parcel during normal courier service hours to avoid delivery failures.
3. International Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for international orders are available on our website. Certain remote locations may incur additional surcharges due to specific courier charges. Shipping costs are weight-dependent,

4. Shipping Costs Overview
Domestic Shipping Costs:
- Up to 500 grams: 100 INR
- Up to 1 kg: 200 INR
- Additional weight will follow this pricing structure.
International Shipping Costs:
- Starts at 1500 INR for certain countries and varies depending on your location for 300 grams to other locations.
5. Working Days
For the purpose of this policy, "working days" are defined as all days excluding weekends, national, and local holidays.
