We appreciate your purchase and want to ensure you have a positive experience. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. Physical Products
Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged during transit, we will issue a replacement. Please note, providing an unboxing video is mandatory to process the replacement request. We will arrange a pickup of the damaged item if return services are available. If not, you may need to return the product at your own expense, for which we will reimburse a standard shipping cost of INR 100. Please note that only replacements will be provided. If the same product is unavailable, a voucher, gift card, or coupon code will be issued for future purchases.
Order Cancellation and Exchange: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or exchanged for a different item. If a specific item in your order cannot be processed, it may be replaced with an equivalent value item. Alternatively, you can receive a voucher or gift card for future purchases.
Handmade Products: For handmade items (e.g., Kundan Jadau, traditional Kemp jewellery) that arrive damaged, we will remake the product or provide a gift card or voucher for future use.
International Shipping: For international orders, we do not offer exchanges. However, we take great care in packaging and ship to multiple different countries, as verified by positive feedback on our social media channels. We will do our best to find alternative solutions for any issues that arise.
2. Delivery and Pickup
Customer Availability: Customers or authorised representatives should be available at the delivery address during the courier service hours, typically 9 AM to 5 PM IST. If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery two to three times. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to the sender. Any subsequent re-delivery will incur additional shipping costs.
Claims and Reporting Issues: Any claims regarding non-receipt of items must be reported within 24 hours of shipment. Claims made after this window will not be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Color Variations: The actual product color may slightly differ from the images shown on the website due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings. We ensure that all photos are taken with natural or high-quality lighting to showcase the product as accurately as possible.
Handmade Irregularities: Slight irregularities in semi-precious and precious jewellery are a natural result of handcrafted processes and will not be considered defects.
Personal Preferences: We do not accept returns if the jewellery’s look and feel do not meet your expectations, if it is too heavy, or if the size is not as anticipated.
Earring Stems: Some earring stems are intentionally bent to prevent breakage; this is not classified as transit damage.
Minor Damage: In rare cases, beads or stones may fall off during transit. These can often be easily fixed with fabric glue and do not qualify for a return or refund.
Size Measurement: Please refer to the bangle size chart on each product page before making a purchase. We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect size orders.
Free Accessories: Any complimentary items, such as back ropes provided during purchase, are offered as gestures of goodwill and will not be replaced separately.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after approval, once we receive the returned product.
5. Care in Packaging
We take great care in packing our jewellery for both domestic and international orders. Each item is triple-checked for damage and securely packaged with bubble wrap in sturdy boxes.
